Terms
Short, because the deal is short.
You act. We keep the record.
These are the rules of use for atmon. They apply when you make an account and every time your assistant acts through it. The service is in beta, which shapes several of the answers below, so that is said first rather than buried.
What the service is
- atmon lets an assistant act in apps you connect, inside limits you set, and writes down what it did.
- It is in beta. The service is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind. Parts of it can change, and parts of it can go away.
- You need an account, and you must be allowed to connect the accounts you connect. If an account belongs to your employer, that is between you and them.
What you are responsible for
Actions taken through atmon are taken on your instruction, by your assistant, inside limits you configured. They land in real accounts and they have real effects.
So the limits are worth reading before you rely on them. What they are and where they are checked is on the safety page.
The apps you connect have their own terms. Those bind you when you act in them through atmon, exactly as they do when you act in them by hand.
What you may not do
- Anything unlawful, or anything that makes atmon the instrument of it.
- Abuse the apps you connect. No scraping, no spamming, and no sending requests at a rate their own rules forbid.
- Go after what is not yours. No attempt to read another customer's data, another customer's record, or any stored key.
- Look for a way past the checks. The limits in front of your accounts are not a puzzle to be worked around.
What we owe you, and what we do not
- Your keys stay locked. Connected-account credentials are encrypted, used only to carry out actions you asked for, and never shown to an assistant or to a person. You can revoke a connection at any time.
- No uptime promise yet. We do not commit to availability figures while the service is in beta. If we ever publish them, they will be published as their own document.
- Liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, what we owe for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it.
- Privacy is its own page. What we hold and who else touches it is on the privacy page.
Ending it, and changing it
- You can leave Close your account at any time. Your connected-account keys go with it immediately.
- We can suspend An account that breaks the rules above can be suspended or closed, with notice where the law allows it.
- These terms change While the service is in beta, they will. The version in force is the one on this page, and a change worth knowing about is described here when it is made.
- Questions Write to hello@atmon.ai and a person answers.
