Privacy
We hold what it takes to act for you.
You can take all of it back.
Three things make an assistant able to work in your accounts: who you are, the keys to the accounts you connected, and the record of what was done with them. This page says what each one is, who else touches it, and what you can revoke.
What we hold
- Your account. Your email address, the name you gave, and a record of when and from where you signed in. Your password is stored only in a form nobody can read back.
- The keys to accounts you connect. When you connect an app, the credentials it hands over are encrypted and put in a locked store. They are never shown back to you, never given to your assistant, and never written into a log.
- The record. Every action an assistant takes through atmon is written down: which app, which action, when, under which key, and how it ended. The record is what the product is for, and no path through the service is allowed to skip writing it.
- Billing. Your plan and how much of it you have used. Card details go to our payment provider and never touch our servers.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
- We do not go looking in your connected accounts. We read what the action your assistant asked for needs, and stop there.
- We do not use your data to train models. That is the practice today. If it ever changes, it changes on this page first.
How long we keep it
Your account data stays while your account is open. The record of actions is kept for a limited period, and how long depends on your plan.
When you delete your account, the keys to your connected accounts are destroyed straight away. What remains of the record is kept only for that limited period, and then it is deleted.
If you need the exact answer for your plan, ask us and we will give it to you.
Who else touches it
Running a service takes other companies. These are the ones that hold or move any of your data today.
- Google Cloud. The servers the service runs on, and where the stores live.
- Cloudflare. The network in front of it, which is what your browser and your assistant actually reach first.
- Stripe. Payments. Card details go to them and stop there.
This list can change as the service grows. When it does, this page is where the change is written down.
What you can take back
- Revoke a connection At any time, from the console. We destroy the key we hold and ask the app to cancel it on their side as well. Every future action through that connection stops.
- Revoke a session Sign a browser out from anywhere, including a browser you no longer have.
- Delete your account One step, and it takes the connected-account keys with it immediately.
- Ask us for anything else A copy of what we hold, a correction, a deletion of something in particular. Write to hello@atmon.ai and a person answers.
Where this stands
- atmon is in beta. Live provider connections are beginning with GitHub, and the rest still run against stand-in services. What the service does is still changing, so what it holds can change with it.
- This page changes with it. When what we hold or who touches it changes, this page is updated and the change is described on it.
- The rules of use are separate. They are on the terms page, and how the limits are enforced is on the safety page.
